June 2009 – Spain
The Pro-Children campaign carried out by the Telefónica Foundation is aimed at building awareness among school children on the issue of child labor. As part of this campaign, SIA Interactive was asked to develop an interactive solution that could address the issue in a fun, educational way.
The promotion, which is set to last four months and will visit schools in 31 cities across Spain has been a smashing success: children have learned about the issue of child labor through the game, thus building awareness in an entertaining and educational way. |

Circus Trick + Trivia Game
For the solution, SIA Interactive developed a Circus Trick + Trivia Game for 6th and 7th graders. The game consisted of six totem modules with a touch screen and webcam, that would reproduce players’ movements in a virtual field. Children move their arms to keep the school products that appear on screen from falling and thus accumulate points.
At the same time, every 20 seconds, players have to answer a trivia question on the activities of the foundation.
