Gol TV works with SIA Interactive on integral promotional activities that allow its audience to play numerous interactive games. The solutions are presented at different events and will soon be included on the company’s website.

Gol TV is the first and only bilingual channel in the United States dedicated exclusively to soccer 24 hours a day. In addition to offering full coverage of this sport (the channel shows more than 1,500 games per year), Gol TV attends major media events, especially those geared to sports.

The company has chosen to work with SIA throughout 2006 to provide its audience with integral promotional activities that include interactive games at events. The first games were presented at the events hosted by the NSCAA (National Soccer Coach Association of America) and the NCTA (National Cable TV Association). SIA developed three games for these events: Soccer Trivia, the Virtual Headers Challenger and the Promoman with Screaming Race. In addition to players, participants received free CDs with the Soccer Trivia Game.

The company also asked SIA to develop its marketing kit to present to media companies at the Upfront held in New York. Finally, Gol TV plans to participate in Grass Roots Events at the national level. These events also involve soccer championships and SIA plans to set up kiosks with a Screaming Race for the kids who attend.
