Banco RIO’s advertising agency Division Marketing Luongo & Herrero employed 3 solutions by SIA Interactive for its booth at the most important agricultural trade show in Argentina, Expochacra 2006.

March 2006 - Argentina

Expochacra is one of the most important events in agriculture in Argentina. Each year, the biggest producers and entrepreneurs from the sector gather for this expo. For the 2006 edition, Banco RIO decided to set up a stand with a rural theme.

Through the bank’s agency Division Marketing Luongo & Herrero, the firm hired SIA Interactive to design, develop and assembly an Interactive Tunnel. The proposal consisted in a booth with a technology tunnel: upon entering, participants donned special glasses to watch a movie in 3D stereoscopy. As they moved through the tunnel, participants played games by simply moving their bodies; the movements were picked up by special trackers and incorporated into the game. At the end, players left their personal data to participate in a 1 on 1 Tractor Race.

In just 3 days, nearly 1,000 people left their personal data. Participants were delighted with the Interactive Tunnel and emerged looking both entertained and astonished.
