Maseca, a leading manufacturer of flour and Mexican tortillas, hired SIA Interactive to do a series of interactive games that will be utilized throughout the 2005 promotional campaign at all events where the brand is present.

July 2005 - USA

Maseca is one of the most important brands of Mexican-style foods. The brand participates in many events, like trade shows, community events, company meetings and point-of-purchase promotions. With the goal of attracting the public's attention, the firm has hired SIA Interactive to develop and implement several interactive games that have been customized for the brand. The games will be used at all events during the 2005 calendar year.

The games selected include:
  • Virtual Penalty Kicks
  • Mariachi Screaming Race
  • Memo Test with Recipes
  • Question and Answer Trivia
  • Maseca Adventures (a novel version of Pacman, where the brand character must get through cornfields).

The games have already been a hit, offering entertainment and attracting a varied public (including women, children and business executives alike) at a wide range of events like corporate meetings (Mexico Guadalajara), industry trade shows (FMI 2005 Chicago, EML 2005 Dallas) and events sponsored by the brand (Spelling Contest Houston 2005).
