From 1 November through 30 January, the Samsung Electronic Mexico
Digital Experience Road Show will be traveling to cities through
Mexico. In order to support the brand in the segment of family entertainment,
SIA Mexico constructed 6 stands (4m x 4m each) and developed
solutions that emphasized the characteristics of each of Samsung's
product lines.

At the Samsung Digital Experience Road Show, the stars are
Samsung products. To make them shine, the stands were designed
to allow visitors to interact with the technology, connectivity,
functionality, and quality of the brand's items. Six interactive
stands have been installed at the principal shopping centers
in the cities of Veracruz, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mérida
and Mexico City. For this event, Samsung's audio and video
divisions are participating, in addition to the information
systems and telecom divisions.
Each product line has its own made-to-order solution. For
flat-screen televisions, a videowall comprised of monitors
of different sizes was designed; on the videowall, a series
of institutional videos and commercials are aired. If visitors
touch on one of the touch-screen monitors, all the screens
become a digital catalogue of Samsung products, with specifications,
images, and 360 degree photos.
In telephony, all of the functions of the new Camera Phone
are reflected in an application that allows visitors to see
their own faces on the telephone. This image is projected
on a screen, and visitors can print it out in a frame that
includes the product's characteristics. For other telephones,
participants can connect to Internet and visit the Samsung
Fun Club, a website where they can download ring tunes and
images.
For information systems, the goal is to show the versatility
of Samsung units. To do so, a video game has been set up and
visitors can play these games, connected to a Samsung monitor.
Each stand includes a home theater, and it is supervised by
two demonstrators, one host, one Samsung promoter, and one technical
supervisor from SIA Sistemas.
