SIA Mexico presented its interactive solutions for
sales points at the XX Annual Retailers Convention & Trade Show ANTAD 2003, which took place at Expo Guadalajara
from 14-17 March.
The stand included diverse interactive and Virtual Reality
games. SIA also presented a new technology that allows users
to interact with virtual surroundings. The technology is
based on a video camera and the recognition of images and
movements.
Visitors had the opportunity to experience first-hand the
technology that SIA Mexico clients take advantage
of for Sales Points, Events, and Expositions.
Without a doubt, the most popular item was PromoMan,
a sort of 21st-century man-computer-sandwich. PromoMan
circulated through the expo hall, allowing visitors to play
a 3-D version of PacMan and compete for the highest score.
PromoMan also served to lead the public to the SIA stand.
