From 12-22 December, the 2002 World Auto Expo took place at the
Las Americas Exposition and Convention Center. This is the most
important Latin American exposition of cars, and one of the top
five car expos worldwide.
SIA México was hired by Nissan Mexicana to develop an
Interactive Catalogue and six car simulators.

Nissan Mexicana wanted to introduce a spectacular car
at a spectacular automobile show.
It was the Nissan 350Z, that has a 287 HP 3.5 engine, 6-speed
manual gears, and an excellent level of comfort.
To represent such an important car,SIA México, a leader
in interactive marketing activity performance, was asked to
develop an interactive catalogue with the vehicle's characteristics.
The result was an attractive digital brochure containing lots
of information and a 3-D model that allowed stand visitors
to test the car, spin it, change colors and open the hood,
trunk and doors to check out the interior.
Moreover, pricing information, technical specifications and
color range were included. As an interaction medium, 6 multimedia
kiosks with touch-screen monitors were installed.
With the purpose of attracting and entertaining participants, SIA México also installed a 6-car simulator race that,
according to viewers' opinions, successfully fulfilled its
goal.
"At Nissan Mexicana we are wrapping up an excellent year,
with a significant increase in sales as well as in our market
share. On this occasion, we wanted something to inform and
entertain stand visitors. We are very pleased with the job
done by SIA México, which helped us to fulfill our goals".
